We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to join our vibrant team as a quantitative diagnostic evaluation healthcare scientist.

The successful candidate will work within a skilled multidisciplinary team to evaluate clinical tests and medical devices. The job will involve contributing to all aspects of the design and delivery of the projects. This includes development of methods and responding to challenges around evaluation and implementation of clinical tests and medical devices.
We are seeking an individual with a PhD or Masters degree and experience of conducting research relevant to evaluating medical devices and clinical tests. This includes writing funding applications; study design; data analysis and dissemination of results.
Knowledge of quantitative/statistical methods and health informatics, along with experience of handling patient data, is fundamental. The role involves working closely with diagnostic developers and other collaborators so the successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
