NIHR Methodology Incubator qualitative workstream launch event
11:00 - 12:30
Online
The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Methodology Incubator was created to raise awareness of careers in methodology and increase research capacity in this area.
We are excited to share that the NIHR Methodology Incubator will be hosting an online event to launch their qualitative workstream.
The webinar is aimed at all researchers who have an interest in qualitative methods. The webinar is also relevant to those who have an interest in mixed methods research and team science.
During the event attendees will hear from Professor Clare Jinks (Keele University), Professor Dawn Teare (Newcastle University), Dr Amy M Russell (University of Leeds), Professor Angel Chater (University of Bedfordshire) and Professor Catherine Pope (University of Oxford). The speakers will talk about the aims of the Methodology Incubator and their academic careers as methodologists. Attendees can then ask the presenters questions and share their views on challenges and opportunities for qualitative researchers.
The webinar is free of charge and will be recorded and available after the event.
