
Research associate – clinical test evaluation methodologist
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to join our vibrant team as a clinical test evaluation methodologist.
The job will involve using innovative approaches to help develop and evaluate new medical tests and devices that address challenging clinical needs.
We are seeking an individual with experience in conducting research and skills relevant to evaluating medical devices or clinical tests. This includes: writing funding applications; study design; data analysis; reporting and dissemination of results. Knowledge of qualitative, statistical or health economic methods is essential. This is a highly collaborative role and therefore the successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
A PhD in a related subject is required. Relevant subjects include: qualitative research; health economics; public health; health sciences, social science or biomedical statistics.
Applications from candidates with experience of care pathway analysis, qualitative research and health economic modelling are particularly encouraged.
