Methodology careers with us
We aim to improve patient care by increasing the number of clinically useful, cost-effective diagnostics that are adopted and used. Our success relies on our team of methodologists who effectively evaluate promising new diagnostics and provide independent expertise to innovators.
What is a methodologist?
A researcher who develops and applies procedures, tools and techniques for gathering, accessing, analysing and interpreting data.
The MIC methodologists have skills in a range of areas including behavioural science, biostatistics, health data science, health economics, systematic reviews and qualitative research including designing, conducting and analysing surveys, focus groups and interviews.
Our methodologists work collaboratively with diagnostics developers to generate a portfolio of evidence that supports the use of new technologies in healthcare.
You can uncover some of the work of our MIC methodologists in the “Meet the MIC” interviews below.
Visit the training section of our website for information on the courses we deliver.
